GE, has a long heritage and expertise of marine structural works including dry docks gates and dams/ barrages gates fabrication, replacements, repair and rehabilitation. KS&EW has replaced 54 x main gates and 10 x scour gates in collaboration with M/s Dingler, Germany at Sukkur barrage. Also, fabricated and commissioned 04 x bulkhead gates for Warsak dam; 14 x radial gates for Teesta barrage (former east Pakistan), 64 x Guddu barrage gates, Bullheads with Semi-spherical and Daft gates for Tarbella dam, Vertical lift & Stoplogs for Hub dam, and Radial gates for Qadarabad barrage etc. Recently completed EPC project of 6 x River sluice gates replacement at Sukkur barrage based on new design by consultant ACE-NDC (JV) Australia; under the overall project management by world bank.
